Its product portfolio encompasses brick-format DC-DC converters, a selection of complementary components, and devices designed for managing input/output voltage and output power, in addition to vital electrical and mechanical accessories. Vicor also delivers custom-engineered power system solutions tailored to specific client requirements. The company caters to a diverse customer base, including independent manufacturers of electronic devices, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and their associated contract manufacturers. These clients are active in critical sectors such as aerospace and aviation, defense electronics, industrial automation and equipment, instrumentation, test equipment, solid-state lighting, telecommunications and networking infrastructure, and the vehicles and transportation industries. Established in 1981, Vicor Corporation is headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts.
