Rare Earths Americas, Inc. (REA) is a nascent enterprise focused on discovering and developing a collection of rare earth mineral deposits. Its operational activities are segmented into two primary geographical areas: United States Mining Operations and Brazil Mining Operations. The Brazilian segment functions through Alpha Minerals Brazil Participações Ltda, overseeing two operational sites within Brazil. In the United States, its mining endeavors are managed by FRE Australia, a consolidated variable interest entity, which operates a single facility situated in Georgia. The company was founded in February 2025 and maintains its principal office in Manchester, Georgia.
