Fund
As an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF), this vehicle is designed to invest predominantly in fixed-income securities. Typically, it commits no less than 80% of its total assets—including any funds borrowed for investment purposes—to instruments providing bond exposure. This bond exposure can be gained directly or indirectly, such as through investments in other ETFs (referred to as "underlying funds"), provided those underlying funds also dedicate a minimum of 80% of their own net assets (plus any borrowed capital) to bonds.
