VLS-01: An oral transmucosal film featuring N,N-Dimethyltryptamine, which is in a Phase 2 clinical study for TRD. EMP-01: An orally administered form of R-3,4-methylenedioxy-methamphetamine, also in Phase 2 trials for social anxiety disorder. EGX-A & EGX-B: Non-hallucinogenic 5-HT2A receptor agonists, which are being explored for treatment-resistant depression. Beyond these pipeline assets, the firm also provides COMP360 for psilocybin therapy and GRX-917, aimed at treating anxiety, depression, and various neurological conditions.
