The company handles the full scope of hydrocarbon resource management, from the initial extraction (production) to distribution (marketing) and delivery (transportation) of natural gas, natural gas liquids, crude oil, and condensates. Its extensive holdings include numerous natural gas wells and their associated gathering infrastructure, situated across states such as Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana. Diversified Energy Company PLC was established in 2001 and is headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama.
